Research
We are an accredited research practice and we believe its important to do our part by being involved in relevant clinical trials for the benefit of future generations.
Conducting high quality clinical research helps us to keep improving NHS care by finding out which treatments work best.
You might be asked to take part in a clinical research study. Taking part is voluntary and can be a rewarding experience.
Current studies:
Serology – giving an additional blood vial, when you have your normal routine blood tests.
Virology – when you have any acute respiratory conditions you could either self-swab or your GP will swab your nose or throat.
Both studies aim to help us monitor the immunity of the population to infectious diseases.
