We have increased our staff numbers to answer your telephone calls, and installed a new telephone system, so we hope to be able to respond to your calls quicker. Demand on our service is higher than ever so if you can't get through, keep trying. Once you have got through you may be in a queue, so hang on, we will get to you as soon as possible

All prescription questions/problems are dealt with on a dedicated phone line. Call 01803 556403 and press option 3 between the hours of 10.30am and 12pm each day to deal with your question speedily.
