Confidentiality
We can assure you that anything in your medical records and anything that you discuss with our staff is treated as confidential. This means that you can tell others about your visit, but we won’t.
The only reason why we might have to consider passing on confidential information without your permission would be to protect you, or someone else, from very serious harm. We would always try to discuss this with you first.
If you do not wish us to share your data with other NHS services please let us know. We will never share your data with any organisation outside of the NHS without your permission.
